Regenerative Medicine for Optimal Health

Regenerative Medicine

Regenerative medicine is an exciting new frontier, not only for medical researchers but also for individuals seeking to improve their health. A good diet, regular exercise, adequate sleep, targeted nutritional supplements, and stress management are necessary steps on the road to wellness. However, the emerging field of regenerative medicine may provide additional tools in the quest for optimal health.

Stem Cell Research and Regenerative Medicine

The regenerative medicine protocols at the Newport Beach Stem Cell Treatment Center center around harvesting and deploying the patient’s own adult stem cells. A small amount of fat is removed, usually from the abdominal area, during a liposuction procedure. After processing and concentrating these cells, they are infused and/or injected back into the patient’s body. This is an outpatient procedure, performed in our fully accredited surgical center by our board-certified surgeon. All told, the entire process takes about three hours.

At the Newport Beach Stem Cell Treatment Center, we are committed to quality care for our patientsWe are also involved in stem cell research and the advancement of regenerative medicine and are part of the only Investigational Review Board (IRB)-based stem cell treatment network in the United States that utilizes fat-transfer surgical technology. We have an array of ongoing IRB-approved protocols, and we provide care for patients with a wide variety of disorders that may be treated with adult stem cell-based regenerative therapy. Not all patients respond well to stem cell therapy, and each patient must be assessed individually to determine the potential for optimal results from this regenerative medicine process.
